APGFCU Arena

Wheelchair Accessible Entrances and Seating


The APG Federal Credit Union Arena is a fully accessible facility. When purchasing your tickets, please let the Box Office know of any specific seating requests. The Box Office staff can help you in selecting seating that best meets your individual needs. The main entrance of the Arena is equipped with power doors. Our usher team will be happy to assist you to your seats.

Our elevator, located just beyond concessions and the restrooms on the Concourse, will provide you access the floor level of the Arena (L1). Accessible seating is offered on both the concourse and arena floor levels.

Accessible Restrooms


All restrooms in the Arena are wheelchair accessible. They are conveniently located on both the concourse and arena floor levels.

Courtesy Wheelchair


A courtesy wheelchair is available for our patrons to assist with movement to and from reserved seats while they are at the Arena. Our usher team will be happy to assist you.

Assistive Listening Devices


Assistive listening devices are available free of charge at the APGFCU Arena. Upon request, a portable system can be made available to you by checking in at the Box Office before the performance. The device may be used with or without a hearing aid from any seat. To obtain the device and headset, please stop by the Box Office Window before entering the Arena or ask an usher prior to being seated at your performance. A driver’s license will be held as a security deposit, then exchanged for the equipment at its return at the conclusion of the performance. To request an assisted listening device in advance, please contact the Box Office at 443-412-2211.

Large Print & Braille Programs


For the majority of shows held at the Arena, show programs are not provided. However, if show information indicates a program will be available, please contact 443-412-2211 in advance of the show if you’d like a large print program or braille program. Programs can be made available by requesting one week in advance of the performance. Programs will be held for you at the Box Office window prior to show time.

ASL Interpretation, Open Captioning, Audio Description and Other Services


Harford Community College strives to make our performances accessible to all patrons. Anyone who requires an accommodation to fully participate in a program (event), please contact 443-412-2211. Please contact us at least 2 weeks before the scheduled event to allow sufficient time to schedule the appropriate services.

PARKING


The Arena provides a convenient drop off and pick up area at the main entrance of the Arena. Designated parking spaces for vehicles with valid state parking permits are available adjacent to the Arena. Parking spaces are available on a first-come basis.
