In Person
- In Advance: Purchase tickets at the Ticket Office located in the Lobby of the Chesapeake Center, Entrance #2 off Thomas Run Road. Hours are Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 3 PM.
- At The Door: Any remaining tickets will be sold at the door. The Box Office at the Arena opens at least 60 minutes prior to show time.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged for another performance date for the same show. All exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the originally purchased performance date. A $5 exchange fee will be charged. Payment Methods
The Ticket Office accepts cash, checks, and credit cards when tickets are purchased at the box office. Orders placed via phone or online must be paid with MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Delivery Options
E-TICKET
Our fastest and easiest delivery option is E-Ticket. If you order tickets online, this option will send a printer-friendly version of your tickets directly to your email address. You can then print out your tickets and bring them to the performance or simply show your smartphone at the door for scanning. There is no fee for E-Ticket.
Discounts are not valid on prior purchases.
U.S. Mail
This delivery option is available up to 10 days prior to a performance and will incur a $2 service fee per order.
Will Call
Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Ticket Office during regular business hours or at the Box Office of the show for which they were purchased. The Box Office will open at least 60 minutes prior to showtime for ticket pick up. Will Call tickets will incur a $1 service fee per order.
