History

APG Federal Credit Union Arena was constructed as part of the Susquehanna Center's construction and renovation project in June 2011. The original facility, which opened in 1968, has now doubled in size and currently provides increased opportunities for fitness in the Dixie Construction Fitness Center, as well as health & physical education classes. This state-of-the-art arena is the largest indoor arena in the area, and is the home court for three Harford Community College athletic teams (men's & women's basketball & women's volleyball). It also is used for community and regional tournaments and events, commencements, concerts, special events, fundraising activities, meetings, conferences, trade shows, and more.
